3. Account Creation and Security
Each user may hold only one account on discord ptb. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify discord ptb immediately. The platform will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions.
discord ptb reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that show signs of fraudulent activity, multiple registrations, or violation of these terms. Account closures due to breach of terms may result in forfeiture of any pending balances.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
When using discord ptb, you agree to the following obligations:
- You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
- You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools or bots.
- You will not engage in collusion, fraud, or any behavior intended to gain an unfair advantage.
- You will not transmit harmful, offensive, or abusive content through any communication features of the platform.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform's software or content.
- You acknowledge that online gaming carries inherent financial risk and that discord ptb does not guarantee any outcome or return.
Violations of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice, and discord ptb reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the appropriate authorities.
5. Payments, Transactions, and Philippine Peso
All financial transactions on discord ptb are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels, including Philippine e-wallets and bank transfer methods.
By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that the funds belong to you and are not derived from illegal activity. discord ptb reserves the right to carry out verification checks before processing any transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending review.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the transaction. discord ptb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions. All fees, if any, will be communicated prior to transaction completion.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
discord ptb provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, discord ptb disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
discord ptb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. The platform's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
All content on discord ptb — including logos, graphics, software, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of discord ptb or its licensors. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of platform intellectual property may result in legal action.
The platform may contain links to third-party services. discord ptb does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party sites. Accessing external links is at your own risk.
7. Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
discord ptb reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
